What causes a coolant leak? 🚗

A leaking radiator or damaged hose can cause coolant to escape, affecting your engine’s ability to regulate its temperature.

This taxi came into Glenfield with a water leak, so we fitted a new radiator and hoses to get it back on the road.

Dark by six already. When did you last check your lights? 🔦

It’s one of those jobs nobody wants to deal with, but a blown bulb isn’t one to put off. Get it sorted as soon as you spot it, before it costs you a fine.

Headlights, brake lights, indicators. We check them every time you’re in for a repair, or pop in and we’ll do it for you. Won’t take long and you’ll be back on the road.

Wet roads are back. When did you last check your tread? 🛞

Your tyres are the only thing keeping your car in contact with the road and worn tread means less ability to clear water from underneath the tyre which increases the risk of losing grip or aquaplaning.

The legal minimum is 1.6mm, but don't wait until you're at the limit to get them checked.

A gearbox replacement in the workshop 🔧

This one needed a full replacement, so the team got to work getting it sorted.

The gearbox is responsible for transferring the engine’s power to the wheels and allowing the vehicle to change through its different gears.

When something goes wrong, you might notice difficulty changing gear, unusual noises, slipping or the vehicle struggling to move properly.

Another job ticked off and another vehicle back to the road 🚘
