Customers can now submit photos of their vehicle damage directly through the XL Motors website and get their repair moving straight away, without having to book and wait for an in-person appointment first. Tractable's AI reviews the photos to produce an initial assessment, so the XL Motors team can follow up quickly and get the customer booked in.
For XL Motors, it's a customer-first approach to handling enquiries, meeting customers where they already are, online, and helping get their vehicles back on the road without delays. By taking the friction out of that first step, our team can move more enquiries through to completed repairs.
