Mobile diamond-cut alloy wheel repair with 5-star customer feedback.

There’s nothing better than seeing a customer’s reaction when they see their refurbished alloy wheels for the first time.

Gareth’s Audi Rotor wheels had heavy kerb damage, chunks missing from the rims and previous smart repairs. Using our mobile CNC diamond cut lathe, we removed the damaged surface by machining away as little as 0.01mm of material before applying a protective lacquer to restore the original diamond cut finish.

The result? Alloy wheels that look like new.

Mobile diamond cut alloy wheel repair for Audi alloys.

Are you looking for mobile alloy wheel repair? Today we’re restoring three Audi Rotor diamond cut alloy wheels at a customer’s home, saving them the hassle of visiting a garage.

These wheels have suffered heavy kerb damage, and two of them have been previously smart repaired. While smart repairs can improve the appearance temporarily, they don’t recreate the original diamond cut finish. Our specialist mobile lathe allows us to remove the previous repairs and restore the wheels to a high-quality OEM-style finish.
