T.s.b skoda octavia mk2 1.6tdi greenline with low fuel pressure fault codes. What looked like a simple job turned into a nightmare. So trying not to get too involved, the cars already had a second hand fuel rail and new fuel pump solenoid. Fault codes for fuel pressure are still present. Fuel metering valve and fuel pressure control sensors both use the same 12volt supply feed from the ecu, so its either a broken wire or a defective ecu we shall see 👀 once we carry out basic checks

T.s.b audi a6 2.0tdi timing belt kit replacement. Never have I seen a timing belt so badly timed up. Camshaft and crankshaft ok but fuel pump was nearly 90° out. INA timing belt kit and water pump with sll new bolts, another one done.

T.s.b seat leon cuppa fr 2.0tdi bmn engine code. Customer reported progressively worse coolant loss. Suspected egr cooler issue. New egr cooler, and for good measures a headgasket check, everything good in the hood.

T.s.b ford focus eco boost in for p0299. Boost pressure issue, ran live data, readings all over the place then we removed the turbo and this is what we found. Actuator pivot excessively worn. New turbo, oil and filter change, job done ✔️ 👌

T.s.b chasing coolant leaks on a vauxhall adam 1.2 16v. Last week was a leaking water housing, and a snapped stud. A week on and the water pump failed due to being run dry of coolant.. new pump and thermostat, it no longer has any leaks.
