A busy start to the week! That busy didn’t get pictures of it all! Off to Gloucester to cover a breakdown for a very good friend on a 3t kubota excavator non start, traced to a dirty contact on an emergency stop keeping the stop solenoid from energising. Then back to Berkeley to another good customer for a DPF assessment on a 2018 Peugeot expert van, they had carried out a chemical clean but were still seeing very high differential pressures, as you can see from the video, huge amounts of eolys and ash build up that only off vehicle cleaning can remove. Ready for delivery back first thing in the morning, then VW UP GTi rear tailgate loom replacement (hateful, hateful…) Kia sportage non start which a replacement battery was sourced and fitted on their driveway then another 2016 Peugeot expert van we diagnosed last week in for a Dpf refurbishment, once cleaned, refitted and road tested. All resets were carried out, data checked and confirmed we saved the customer over £1500 for a replacement. Out the door at 0800 back home for 2300.
As you can see, we don’t just clean and refurbish DPF’s/CAT’s/SCR’s/OPF’s/EGR coolers. Between us and our network of local specialist businesses, we can cover just about every eventuality for cars, lcv’s, hgv, plant and Agri equipment.
