Bristol mobile mechanics are now offering a Dv5 1.5 Eco blue cam chain upgrade service

Peugeot/Citroen decided to for the earlier Dv5 1.5 eco blue with a 7mm chain that is known to fail even on low mileage as little as 20k, the fix before it snaps is the fit a new bigger 8mm chain and tensioner along with the cams and housing.
Without replacing the more robust chain and cam cassette you risk the engine from destroying itself as a result the engine requires an extensive/expensive engine rebuild.
