Our sponsored football team, Ashton Football Club U9 girls, have had a brilliant season so far! ⚽️

The team have been improving every match and are currently unbeaten in their last few games, sitting top of the table in the Bristol Girls League mini cup. The cup final is this weekend 🏆

They’ve also enjoyed a trip to Ashton Gate to watch the Women’s Cup Final between Chelsea and Manchester United, with one of the girls even getting the chance to be a mascot for the day!

After the final, they have one more league match before summer tournament season, including an exciting game where they’ll get to play on the main pitch at Ashton Gate.

According to the RAC, around 24 % of all breakdowns on the first working Monday after New Year are caused by flat batteries, with cold weather and cars sitting unused over the holidays putting extra strain on them.
