The Cowshed, aka The old dub shop HQ

Next Year will Mark 20 years of trading for the old dubshop, so If you've never visited our garage in person, this is it.

Grass roots, small business with a 5 man crew, covering all sorts of disciplines with decades of experience and a passion for anything thats damn cool...

No fancy workshop with hexagonal lighting and air-con, just real passion for the craft, years served knowledge, an eye for detail and a love of the community.

We've made a real push this following year to really share with you guys behind the scenes (or shutters) to see what we're really about.

Question: Have you had work from us over the years? If so we'd love to hear about it.

Round Rubber things.

The old dub shop we can fit fresh wheels to your pride and joy.

Don't make the mistake like me of only looking at your tread on your wheels, yes there may be plenty on there, but what about your sidewalls?

If it's been sat up for the winter, small cracks can creep up over time and can cause the unthinkable to happen, when you least expect it, leaving you stranded.... or worse!

So if you want a fresh set, either just for your peace of mind or just a new look for your van.

Want to see something rare?

BINZ! yup, a volkswagen binz double cab. something Spencer made a point of having a proper look at while at Viva Skegvegas VW Show

Binz produced 250 before the production of an in-house build VW double cab that we’re all familiar with. Aka it was such a good idea to VW, it was too good to pass up making their own.

Approx less than 40 original BINZ are known to exist, so take a look at some of the features the next time you see a double cab have a quick comparison.

The BINZ version having extended rear passenger windows, a conventionally opening rear passenger door instead of su***de style doors found on some double cabs and the original seam running down the bed of the base vehicle before it was adapted.

Fair play to the owner, what a gem!
