Bristol Transmissions Ltd Suppliers of quality remanufactured automatic and manual transmissions, transfer boxes and differentials

Bristol Transmissions are one of Europe’s longest established driveline specialists. We have been remanufacturing automatic and manual transmissions, transfer boxes and differentials for cars and light commercial vehicles since 1972. Our customers range from OE, main dealers, lease companies, local authorities warranty companies, independent garages and the general public. We are the only company in Bristol that rebuilds all our own units. This enables us to build every unit to the highest possible standard using only the finest components available. In every rebuild we introduce the latest modifications and upgrades as standard. Our staff are some of the most experienced in the industry, all benefiting from our in house training program as well as completing manufacturers’ training courses. Our 15,000 sq ft factory fitted with ten ramps is one of the largest in the UK. We are very proud of our facilities, enabling us to offer the main dealer experience at a fraction of the cost.

"the staff were brilliant and easy to talk to and explained everything in a way that was understandable now my car drives like brand new. Thank you very much bristol transmissions"

We always talk you through what we've found in plain English, so you know exactly what's being done and why.

Thanks for taking the time to share Lar.

"Fabulous service"

Two words we will happily take. Whether it is a daily runabout or something more exotic on the ramp, every gearbox in here gets the same attention.

"Fantasic service, Fast delivery too."

We keep parts and fluids on the shelf here, so an order gets picked, packed and out the door rather than sitting in a queue somewhere.

Thank you Danny.

Really pleased to receive this from Darren 📦

"After my internet died halfway through online ordering a Torque Converter for my Discovery, which they helped me to rectify, ordering was smooth and delivery was incredibly fast. Would highly recommend to anyone."

Orders do not always go to plan at the customer's end, and sorting one out is no trouble at all for us. Once it is placed, parts leave the workshop as quickly as we can get them packed.

"Very professional garage, I always had clear information about the process, fault and price. Even after the service, they answered all my questions without any problem."

Clear pricing and no surprises is how we like to work, and we are always happy to answer questions long after the job is done. Thank you Pablo.
