Vauxhall vivaro we attended previously had a dpf and egr solution carried out but the vehicle was still in limp mode having spoken to the owner he explained the tuner had tried in 3 occasions to fix the van but couldn't in the end the tuner wouldn't reply or even answer the phone to him. Having been recommended to us he called and explained the issue we then read the file and took a look at what had been done matching it with an original file we noticed the file calibration was incorrect we then redone a new file and added a eco map. The customer was over the moon to be able to drive his van again
