One-family-owned from new ✅

This vehicle has been with the same family since it left the dealer.
It has had a full respray over epoxy primer. The body itself was not rusty Blow over done because the original paint was faded and scratched. (Pics available)

The canopy was removed and the tub rim where it sat has been repaired. The load bin has no previous dents and was barely used.

New door rubbers have just been fitted.

The engine starts, runs and drives well.
The gearbox is sound through the gears. When selecting 4th it can occasionally grate towards reverse, likely a worn linkage rather than a box problem.

What needs attention:
• Dashboard could do with a refresh
• Seat needs work

1980 Ford Granada with approximately 146,000 km.

The engine has been fully rebuilt and balanced, fitted with ARP rod bolts and ARP head bolts.

It features an FR22 camshaft with new rockers, a ported head, and 10.8:1 compression.

Dyno results: 103 kW and 198 Nm of torque.

All major engine components are new, including pistons, oil pump, bearings, clutch, and water pump. It is equipped with a 38 Weber carburettor and a match-ported intake manifold.

Finished in a vibrant orange that immediately catches the eye, the car presents extremely well. The chrome trimming is straight and gleaming, while only the lightest signs of age are visible in the paint for example on the boot edges and a few other minor spots.

These are exactly the kind of honest marks one expects on a well-kept, unrestored classic of this age.

Inside, the cabin remains tidy and inviting, with very little wear.
Notably, the top of the dashboard is free from cracks, a common weak point on these cars and a good indication of careful ownership.

Under the bonnet sits the well-maintained 1.6 litre M10 engine, which runs well and drives as it should. It is paired with a manual gearbox that is in good mechanical order.
