Don’t leave your servicing too long! Most vehicles alert the driver when a service is required. Our advise would be to not leave the vehicle aslong as that as a lot of service intervals are too long. Service intervals have got longer to appeal to new customers (especially fleet customers) to save money on servicing. This is fine when the vehicle is under a manufacturer warranty but when the vehicle changes hands the damage can already be done. In our opinion no vehicle should go longer than 10000 miles between services. Get booked in now

Another PSA 1.0 wetbelt job with the classic blocked solid strainer. Incredible how these engines run as long as they do with a blocked solid strainer!

We carried out our wet belt package on this Ford focus 1.0 ecoboost. As you can see the customer was very luck on this one as it was caught just in time.

We can now offer carbon cleaning! These are images of the Intake ports on a VW golf. As many modern petrol engines are now direct injection intake port/valve buildup can occur. This vehicle was suffering hesitation and intermittent misfires. With our walnut blasting equipment we are able to make it brand new again. Once we had carried this out the vehicles issues were resolved. We recommend this is carried out on vehicles every 70000 miles so maintain good running condition.

With these high temperatures it is equally as important to make sure our vehicles stay cool aswell. The 2.0 bluehdi engine fitted to Peugeot, Citroen, Ford, Fiat and some Toyota vans has a design flaw. The waterpump impeller detaches from the waterpump shaft and therefore causes overheating and coolant being ejected from the header tank. Another reason to not wait until the manufacturer stated interval for timing belt/waterpump replacement. We fit a waterpump with a metal impeller so this fault can not occur.

This fiesta needed a new gearbox. We replaced the gearbox and clutch. Conditions were awful but we got the job done 👍🏻

This Ford focus was hard to get into gear. Upon removal we found one of the fingers on the clutch pressure plate had come off. Luckily the loose finger found its way to a safe place rather than get caught and get ejected out the bell housing causing more damage. We carried out a flywheel and clutch replacement and the customer is back on the road.
