This sub 40k miles gen1 Carrera is officially back on the road and running better than before!

After originally diagnosing a check engine light, we planned a full set of lambda sensors, performed a major service, and sorted it's MOT.

Were also prompted by MOT to replace the front tyres so fitted a full fresh set of Pilot Sport 4 S' 😎

Euro Tour ready 🏁

This 997 Carrera S is officially sorted for its trek across the continent.

What started as a minor service snowballed into a major cooling system overhaul—engine out, subframe out, and all main cooling pipes replaced. A new header tank, fresh waterpump & thermostat. On top of that we opted to upgrade the suspension arms whilst things were apart and a few other odds n sods were changed along the way to suit. It was a massive shift in scope, but the result is a Porsche that’s now reliable, refreshed, and running cooler than ever.

20+ year old boxes didn't exactly want to come off, but after lots of sware words & cut hands... They did!!
