From the humble beginnings of a family garage, Floralsilk is now a blooming (!) operation still run by the extended family. We were founded by John O'Flaherty, who is still the Chairman today. His inspiration for the business came from his wife, Gail, who commented several times on the poor quality of artificial flowers available in the UK. John seized this opportunity and hence Floralsilk was born. Since then our passion for artificial flowers has revolutionised the industry, lifting the quality from what it once was to the incredibly realistic, beautifully crafted products found in our range today. Our showroom and production facility is based in Bourne, Lincolnshire, just outside the charming Georgian town of Stamford and a short drive from Peterborough. Peterborough is 45 minutes from London Kings Cross by train. Bourne is just East of the A1 which provides easy access from the North and South.
