Today we were called out to Leigh to investigate an interior water leak that was causing unwanted moisture inside the vehicle. 🌧️

After carrying out our initial checks, it was clear we needed to strip the interior down to properly locate where the water was getting in. Once the interior was carefully removed, we were able to trace the issue back to the rear washer jet pipe.

The rear washer jet had become blocked, creating back pressure within the washer system and causing the pipe to split, allowing washer fluid to make its way into the vehicle. 💧

With the fault located, we got the pipe repaired and the cause of the issue rectified before turning our attention to putting everything back together. 🛠️

The interior was dried out thoroughly, all the necessary areas were checked over, and everything was then carefully rebuilt and refitted to perfection — with every trim, panel and component back exactly where it should be. 👌✨

Another job where proper diagnosis and taking the time to do things correctly makes all the difference. 💙

First of all, we’d like to thank every single customer who continues to support DFAUTOCARE – your recommendations and repeat business mean a lot to us. 💙

Unfortunately, we’ve recently had an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. As a fully mobile business, this means we’ve often turned away other customers and wasted valuable time travelling and reserving appointments.

To ensure we can continue providing a reliable service to genuine customers, the following policy is now in place:

⚠️ After TWO cancellations, any future bookings will be charged at DOUBLE the standard labour rate.

We completely understand that emergencies happen, and we’re always happy to rearrange appointments when we’re given reasonable notice. This policy is aimed at repeated cancellations, not genuine unforeseen circumstances.

Thank you for your understanding, your continued support, and for respecting our time as much as we respect yours.
