🚨 We’re Hiring | Branch Manager
📍 Blandford MOT & Service Centre – Part of the Forge Garage Group

We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our busy Blandford site.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the motor industry, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes:
• Managing and scheduling the workshop diary
• Supporting customers and understanding their requirements
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
• Ordering parts and handling returns procedures
• Helping maintain a smooth-running, professional operation

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Experienced within the motor industry
✔ Calm, organised and reliable
✔ Confident managing deadlines and workflow
✔ Focused on high customer service standards
✔ In possession of a full, clean driving licence

Previous experience in a similar management role would be preferred.

Competitive rates of pay and an attractive package are available for the right candidate.
