🔙 Throwback Thursday 🚌

Back to 2015, when Graham was pictured alongside a rather special visitor to JDS Truck & Van.

This 1949 Guy double-decker bus originally ran with Blackburn Corporation Transport before finding its way into preservation. Even years later, it still made the occasional visit to our workshop.

It's not every day you get a bit of local transport history rolling through the doors, and this one certainly stands out among the vehicles we've seen over the years.

A lovely reminder that our workshops have looked after more than just trucks and vans over the decades! 👌

👋 Welcoming John Avery back to JDS Truck & Van!

We are pleased to announce that John has been appointed as our new Sales Director at JDS. He’s no stranger to the business as he worked for us for 7 years back in the 2000s.

John brings valuable experience and knowledge from working in aftermarket roles, rental businesses and remarketing roles. His last position was with Renault Trucks as Fleet Key Account Manager.

You'll be selling our Renault Trucks Van and Isuzu Truck ranges to business and retail customers, building relationships, finding new opportunities and helping customers find the right vehicles for their needs.

No previous LCV experience is required — full training will be provided where needed.
