Using OLS300 with WinOLS 5 simulate ECU chip ST M27C512 we can Live Tine this ECU .

Final result 260 hp 351 nm.

Recently we had a pleasure to upgrade 2WD dyno to Synchronised 4WD for our loyal customer.

He has purchased 2WD V-Tech Denamometer around 4 years ago.
Business become so successful and that dyno paid for its own upgrade!

Thanks to V-Tech modular design the owner did not had to sell his 2WD Rolling Road.
Literally his old dyno has grown to 4WD version
Colours has been matched and Customer get 3 years parts and labour warranty!

Chassis Dynamometer update!!!

Last week we have V-Tech Dynamometers technical team to deliver and instal two axle modular dynamometer.They expand VT-2 module to VT-4 Traction boost linked axles.As is produced from tuners for tuners the quality is in the highest possible level,you can't ask for more.

Top set of lads have completed installation,setting up and testing it with no time.Big thanks and really appreciating for the efforts put into installation.

VW Golf 2

This vehicle have 1.8T AUQ 180 hp engine conversion.

Method of tuning is using ECU Emulator OLS300 Module connected with WinOLS make this ECU like a standalone and live tuning process can be performed.

Data logging using VCDS.
External boost pressure sensor and lambda sensor from dyno are used for precision settings.

Final result is 240 hp and 394 nm.

We are very happy and pleased to tune this vehicle.

VW Golf 2.0 TDI 170 bhp

This vehicle come to us with driving issue after remap.
Data logs with VCDS , a few runs on dyno and problem found (on picture below).
ECU read/wright with Kess3 Master.
Software modifying with WinOLS in house.
Dyno graph and data logs proved our work.
