PJB Accident Repairs Limited is a busy, family run accident repair garage based in Aston in Birmingham. The three company Directors have many years of experience in the industry - over 96 years between them .Working out of a 10,000 square foot workshop, our fully skilled and qualified technicians carry out all aspects of vehicle damage repair, in line with PAS:125 – the industry agreed

technical specification for the process of vehicle body repair. Having achieved the British Standards Institution (BSI) Kitemark accreditation, you can be assured that PJB will carry out repairs to your vehicle to the highest standard. Whether working with a major insurance company to repair major bodywork or working directly with an individual to touch up a small scratch, we always use the latest technology and equipment to ensure we deliver a premium finish to your vehicle. PJB Accident Repairs provide high quality vehicle servicing and MOTs for all makes and models of cars to ensure that your vehicle is performing at its optimum level. We're Hiring | Bodyshop / Workshop Controller ⭐

PJB Accident Repairs is seeking an experienced Bodyshop / Workshop Controller to join our established team in Birmingham (B6 7AR).

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with experience managing workshop operations, coordinating repair workflows and driving productivity, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and customer service.

The successful candidate will have:

🟡 Previous experience in a Bodyshop / Workshop Controller or similar supervisory role
🟡 Strong leadership, planning and organisational skills
🟡 Experience managing workshop performance and repair schedules
🟡 Good IT skills with AutoFlow experience preferred.
🟡 A full UK driving licence

Experience within the automotive accident repair industry is preferred, although applicants with relevant workshop management experience from other sectors will also be considered.

Full Time (Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm) | Salary £45,000 +Bonus

It was great to have them pop in and speak with our team about the support BEN provides to people working across the automotive industry, and importantly, the help and resources available directly to our PJB team and their families should they ever need it.
