Firstly, thank you. Friday night was more incredible than we could ever have imagined, and we’re still trying to take it all in.

We promise all auction totals, raffle winners and the final fundraising figure are coming, but after selling another 2,500 raffle tickets on the night!!!, there’s a mammoth amount of admin to get through first.

If you didn’t collect your pin badge or tally, please get in touch. Anything due to be posted will be sent on Tuesday.

Today is for Kelly and her family to remember Martyn together, followed by a much-needed Bank Holiday breather.

We’ll be back with everything as soon as we’ve recovered! 🙏🏼

🚨 URGENT HELP NEEDED 🚨

After a last minute change of plans we need more more hands on deck 🙏🏼

Could you spare a few hours to help us on the night?

As many of you know, A Night For Martyn is a community-led event raising money for The Fire Fighters Charity, and we’re looking for a few friendly volunteers to help with front of house on the evening.

The role would involve serving meals, clearing tables and lending a hand behind the scenes to help everything run smoothly. No experience is needed, just a willingness to muck in and be part of what promises to be a fantastic evening.

The collection tins and raffle books are back in… and we are absolutely blown away by these totals!

A huge thank you to:

Jill, Steve and the team at St Eves – over £200
Charlie at BrownieMacs – over £100
Ady at Highfield Club – over £400
Customers from Bicester Car & Van Rental – over £2,000
Nash's Bakery – over £300 from their collection tins alone

Together, that’s around £4,500 raised for A Night for Martyn, in aid of The Fire Fighters Charity.

Every raffle ticket sold and every donation placed into a tin has contributed to this incredible amount. Thank you to everyone involved for getting behind the event and showing such amazing support for Martyn and his family ❤️

Another incredible donation for A Night For Martyn.

A huge thank you to Rival Insurance for their amazing generosity in purchasing £250 worth of The Trigger Pond vouchers to support the event.

Thanks to their support, we’ll have a £150 Trigger Pond voucher heading into the auction, along with two £50 vouchers for our raffle.

It’s fantastic to see local businesses getting behind the event and helping us raise as much as possible for The Fire Fighters Charity.
