Another vehicle in with us, this time for a front suspension repair after a failed top mount caused some serious movement in the suspension.

The top mount had failed, allowing the shock absorber to move upwards and actually hit the inside of the bonnet.

We replaced the necessary components and repaired the suspension, getting everything back where it should be and ensuring the vehicle was safe to drive again.

Suspension faults can quickly lead to further damage if left unattended, so it's always worth getting any unusual noises or handling issues checked sooner rather than later.

Another A/C repair completed at Bulldog Motors!

This G-Wagon came in with an air conditioning fault, so we carried out a trace gas leak test to check the system and diagnose the problem.

The fault was traced to a failed A/C compressor main seal, the compressor was replaced before the system was then tested, recharged and checked over — and it's now blowing icy cold once again!

If your A/C isn't performing as it should, don't just keep topping it up. We can diagnose the fault and get it repaired properly.

Another day, another A/C condenser replaced!

With the warmer weather here, we're seeing more and more vehicles coming in with air conditioning faults, and leaking condensers are one of the most common causes.

This vehicle underwent a pressurised gas leak test, which quickly confirmed the condenser was leaking. A new condenser was fitted, the system was pressure tested, vacuum tested, and recharged with the correct amount of refrigerant.

The result? Ice-cold air conditioning and another happy customer.
