"I spent a lot of time searching for a good driving instructor, and I can confidently say that I have found the perfect one: Colin Lott!

My instructor doesn't just focus on helping you pass your driving test. He takes the time to explain every mistake, celebrates your progress, and genuinely cares about you and your success, even during your driving test.

I started my driving lessons from scratch, and just two months later, I passed my driving test first time!

I would highly recommend Drive School of Motoring with complete confidence.
A huge thank you to my instructor, Colin Lott. You are truly the best of the best"!!!❤️

I would love to thank Colin Lott from Drive School of Motoring for all his help and support, I honestly believe that I wouldn’t had passed my test if it wasn’t for his consistent support, advice and guidance.
He was very friendly and will make you feel more than comfortable behind the wheel! If there are any elements that you are unsure of, he will ensure that he goes over it with you again and again until you feel comfortable with it. He is patient and welcomes you to make mistakes, so you can have the option to learn from them!
I will miss my lessons with Colin, but I am so happy that I have passed my driving test and can now be on the road alone! As I stated, I wouldn’t had done this without Colin and honestly cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Colin, once again!

When looking for a driving instructor, the most important thing I looked at was the instructor’s success rates with previous students. This, together with recommendations from others is why I chose Colin at Drive School of Motoring.

Learning to drive actually went better than I had expected, Colin’s teaching methods were very good, and I always felt at ease while driving. I certainly would recommend your school to others, your tuition was very professional, and I would change nothing, everything you are doing is perfect.

Colin is a top instructor - professional, patient and thorough and, I was able to pass first time with his expert guidance.
The theory test practice resources were super useful, and the test preparation was absolutely spot on and I would recommend to anyone starting out.
Thank you, Colin and Drive School of Motoring.

"I can’t recommend Mr. Colin and Drive School of Motoring highly enough—he is genuinely the best driving instructor I have ever met. From day one, every single lesson was thoroughly planned, organised, and tailored to build real confidence on the road.

Mr.Colin is exceptionally polite, friendly, and patient, which completely takes the stress out of being behind the wheel. His driving techniques and explanations are first-class; he breaks down complex junctions, manoeuvres, and road awareness into clear, easy-to-follow steps.

On top of that, his punctuality is unmatched—he always arrived right on time, ready with a clear lesson goal. I am extremely happy with my learning experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr. Colin to anyone looking for top-tier driving tuition".

When looking for a driving instructor, I was looking for good quality training at good value for money. I must say that learning with Colin Lott from Drive School of Motoring exceeded my expectations and I found his teaching methods very helpful.

He quickly picked up on areas of my driving which needed work and helped me to correct them, usually within the same lesson.

I would recommend Drive School of Motoring as I don’t believe you would find better value anywhere else in the area and, as I passed First Time, with only One driving fault, I couldn’t have wished for a better result than that.

Thank you so much Colin for your driving lessons.
This man is very patient and professional and made me feel very comfortable during our lessons. He always explained why I should/shouldn’t do a driving technique instead of just telling me to not do something, which aided my understanding of driving.

Thanks to him I was able to pass First Time in Basildon. Would definitely recommend 😊
