Customer says that his bandit 1200 is running rough, first step run it up on the dyno and exactly as described it is indeed running very poor, so first step whip the carbs off and what a mess they are in, so a good old manual clean and de grease followed by ultrasonic cleaning has them much better, but we're not finished yet, next they were put in the vapour blaster and now look better than new, full rebuild and set up next and we should have the bike running like it should again.

Crazy week last week with finishing customers bikes as well as working silly hours trying to get the new comp bike ready to race, we nearly cancelled a few times as there was just so much to do, but we got it done, we went to Santa pod with a view to seeing if everything worked as its a brand new build so lots can go wrong, couple of gentle passes showed that everything seemed to work OK so we put a bit of power in and ran a 7.8 with 185mph on the third full pass so we are more than happy with that, lots of changes to do as we have seen things that will improve the set up and next time out we should be well into the mid 7s and we can work from there, the new Maxxecu set up is absolutely awesome and easy to get the hang of which is great as using it for boost and clutch control is all new to us so takes a bit of working out......

Ashley's awesome bandit build, he's been running on one of our early kits for a few years but brought the bike down for a Holset turbo system upgrade and engine build to match, it's now a completely different bike and a little bit quicker

Definitely our favourite of recent builds, the owner built a stunner and we made it faster, just need to change the temporary oil return then its off home to the owner who is going to love it with the new Holset turbo set up.

Dan's wheelie competition bike all done this end and fired up today for the first time, it's gone back to him for the finishing touches then will be back to set up on the dyno soon.... plenty more exciting builds soon, including probably the best looking hayabusa streetfighter build that I have seen to date which is next on the boost list

Days off don't really happen here..... had a couple of days working on the new drag bike and the exhaust is all done now with lots of ground clearance.

The new Fusch dyno is all up and running now, and the new apprentice is nearly ready to stick his bike on there and make some noise....
