π Garage Receptionist /Administrator π
FULL TIME POSITION
We are a busy and friendly garage in Anlaby who specialise in the VAG group car repairs. To continuously meet high demand for our services, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our hardworking team, to fill the position of receptionist/admin assistant.
Our work is very intensive and continuous β it is therefore essential that candidates are hard-working, focused, able to multi-task and prioritise tasks. The successful candidate must also be friendly, polite, professional and possess excellent customer service skills, as the Receptionist is typically the first β and sometimes the only β team member that customers will engage with.
At times the garage can be extremely busy, and the candidate must be able to adapt to work under pressure.
Previous motor trade experience is preferred but not essential, however the candidate must have previous customer care experience.
Full driving license is preferred.
π Main duties include:
β’ Meeting and greeting customers - face to face, over the telephone and via emails.
β’ Answering and managing the telephone system.
β’ Invoicing and filing.
β’ Taking customer bookings and notes.
β’ Processing card and cash payments.
β’ General housekeeping/reception duties.
β’ Pricing up parts and quoting customers.
β’ Managing the business diary.
The salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
The position is full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with no weekend work.
