The company was established shortly after the end of the First World War by brothers John and Edward Blackshaw. Now a century later four members of the third and fourth generation Blackshaw family still run the business with the same emphasis on friendly ‘family’ values. Products & Services
In 2004 Blackshaws relocated from the centre of Alnwick into a spacious, purpose built facility in Lionheart
Enterprise Park on the outskirts of the town and today has grown to be a ‘one stop shop’ for all motoring needs. As a main franchise dealer for both Suzuki and Mitsubishi, the business offers a wide selection of quality used cars, Motability vehicles, finance and warranties, ‘all makes’ servicing, MOT testing, parts, tyres, motor accessories and bodyshop repair work. In March 2016 the company opened a second dealership in Coopies Lane, Morpeth, Northumberland. The new site sells a wide range of new and used Mitsubishi vehicles and offers vehicle servicing, MOT testing and parts. Mission
