Servicing & Warranty

Servicing your vehicle with Mastora does not affect your manufacturer’s warranty. Under the Block Exemption Regulations, owners are free to choose where their vehicle is serviced, provided manufacturer procedures are followed. All vehicles still within the 3-year manufacturer warranty are serviced using Genuine Land Rover parts and manufacturer-approved oils and lubricants, without the cost and inconvenience of main dealer pricing. We are also able to authorise and carry out repairs on vehicles covered by:

- Land Rover extended warranties

- Third-party warranty providers

Manufacturer recalls and warranty campaigns must still be completed by a main dealer, but all routine servicing, diagnostics, and authorised repairs can be handled by Mastora. Our Approach

🚙 We’re Hiring: Vehicle Technician (Maintenance & Servicing)

Mastora is entering an exciting new phase, with a renewed focus on quality maintenance, servicing, and preventative care for Land Rover and JLR vehicles.

We’re now looking to welcome an additional Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team in Alnwick.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Enjoys servicing, brakes, suspension, MOT prep and routine maintenance

Takes pride in clean, methodical work

Values structure, process, and doing the job properly

Is looking for a stable, professional workshop environment

What we offer:

Land Rover / JLR experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right candidate.

At Mastora, we hear “I didn’t know your workshop was here” too often! So let us introduce ourselves..
We are Mastora, an Independent Land Rover Specialist located in Alnwick, Northumberland. We are a family run business with over 45 years experience.
As an Independent Specialist, we use Land Rover Diagnostic Equipment. We can use this for fault diagnostics and updating Online Service History as well resetting service lights.
We use a variety of genuine and OEM parts. We use both main dealer and the largest independent Land Rover parts supplier in the UK for daily deliveries. Our shop has got many catalogues in that you can browse and we can order parts and accessories for next day.
If your vehicle is still in manufactures warranty we can carry out servicing with genuine parts and update service history, however we cannot carry out manufactures warranty work.
With vehicles that are out of the warranty period we can service with genuine or OEM parts and update service history, as well as carrying out extended warranty work.
Some other services we can carry out include 4 wheel alignment, air con recharges, gearbox flushes and many others. Please get in touch if you have any questions!
