The team at SC Travel keep their Vitos busy, so every now and then one finds its way through our doors for a bit of bodywork.

The repair’s sorted, so Phil’s getting everything masked up ready for paint.

These vans spend their lives travelling all over the country, so it won’t be long before this one’s back out earning its keep.

Colin’s taken a break from polishing duty and found his way into the spray booth.

This Kuga was ready for its next coat, so he swapped the polisher for a spray gun and got on with it.

Makes a change from the work vans, at least 🧡🖤

Stone chips. Tiny things, but once there’s enough of them they can make a front bumper look pretty tired.

This A1 came in for a freshen up, but first Tim had the job of working all those little chips and marks out of the surface.

Get the prep right, then the fresh paint can do its job.

Looks much nicer without the battle scars 🧡🖤

This Mercedes came in with a pretty sizeable split in the front bumper.

There comes a point where repairing what’s already there just doesn’t make much sense, and this one was well past it.

So, new bumper ordered, colour matched, painted and fitted.

Now that’s more like it 🧡🖤

Someone’s pride and joy needed a bit of attention around the door handle, so we got it rubbed back, prepped and sprayed up good as new.

It’s always nice when a job like this comes together and the repair just disappears back into the rest of the panel.

This is how some new panels arrive — straight from the manufacturer and without a bit of colour on them.

Phil’s taken this one from the first coats right through to colour and lacquer.

Quite satisfying watching it change, really.

You might remember this Fiesta…

We joked that it would probably polish out.

It didn’t.

A fair bit of work later though, and it’s looking very different.

Big thanks again to the team at for trusting us with it.

A decent brew and a good bunch of lads… it’s not a bad way to spend a lunch break.

From left to right - Zac, Colin, Phil and Tim.

Between them, there’s a fair few years of repairing, painting and putting cars back together.
