Check out this absolute monster of a build for one of our customers in Bangkok: A beautiful BMW E30 powered by a massive E92 V8 engine. Built for ultimate dual-duty, this machine is designed to carve through city streets and set blistering lap times at track days like the Buriram International Circuit. 🏁
The Challenge: Dropping a big V8 into a lightweight E30 chassis creates a massive challenge when it comes to managing the heavy weight on the front axle.
The Solution: We equipped this beast with a top-tier MCS 3-Way Remote (3WR) damper system, perfectly paired with high-performance Swift Springs. This specific setup handles the heavy V8 effortlessly, keeping the front end planted, eliminating understeer, and delivering perfect chassis balance. ⚖️
Here is why the MCS 3WR is the ultimate choice for a demanding build like this:
⚙️ Ultimate 3-Way Control: 18 clicks of High-Speed Compression, 10 clicks of Low-Speed, and 18 clicks of Rebound. You can dial in the perfect setup for harsh street bumps or aggressive track curbing.
⚙️ Adjustable Gas Pressure: The remote reservoirs feature a Schrader valve (6-18 bar), allowing you to tweak the platform support for maximum traction depending on the grip levels.

Testing on the worst Eifel backroads to create the ultimate setup. 🛠️🔥 High-performance compliance meets maximum street comfort for and his incredible Porsche.
We upgraded the car from a 1-way non-remote setup to a full MCS (Motion Control Suspension) 3-Way Remote system—and the difference is night and day.
The Setup Highlights:
Lower Spring Rates, More Control: External reservoirs allowed us to run softer springs while using independent High & Low Speed compression adjustments and canister gas pressure for total control.
Dialed in 30 Minutes: We planned a full day for setup, but dialed in the gas pressure in under 30 minutes. Solved initial heavy steering effort instantly by tweaking front axle canister pressure. (Check the video for final damping values!)
Glued to the Tarmac: Paired with Elephant Racing spherical bearings up front, replacing old sticky rubber bushings. Zero rubbing, maximum road contact, and passenger-seat comfort even through deep potholes. Tires can fully focus on steering, braking, and accelerating.
Ultimate Versatility: Perfect for backroads, Autobahn cruising, Alpine passes, or a quick stint on the Nordschleife.
