A-Line Frame & Alignment Services We provide problem solving services for semi trucks, trailers, motorhomes and small camper or utilit

A-Line Frame & Alignment is a family partnership created to “problem-solve” for big rigs. A-Line Frame & Alignment was founded in 1990 on the foundations of a family partnership with Stan and Fred Neudorf. Stan felt inspired by his uncle's career in the truck frame-repair industry. Together the two recognized a need to provide problem-solving services for truckers on matters such as wheel alignmen

ts, collision repair, suspension, and brakes. As a member of TruckPro, our services qualify for their one year nationwide limited warranty on parts and labour. Now, more than two decades later, we have eight bays operated by loyal employees with many years of experience behind them. We know our business could not have survived this long without not only employee loyalty, but the loyalty of the local and national truck driving community. Thank you for making us your #1 frame and alignment outfit in Saskatoon.

We have another cab confession from Lynn!

In 2004, my father was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. The disease progressed rapidly, spreading to his lymph nodes, bones, and eventually his brain. During that time, I left my job to help my mom and brother care for him.

One of the many conversations we’ll always cherish was when he encouraged me to learn a trade; something that would allow me to build a stable future and always be able to provide for myself.

Like many people, I had big dreams. I wanted to become a helicopter pilot and one day fly for STARS Ambulance, following in the footsteps of one of my dad’s many talents. When that dream didn’t seem realistic, I found another calling that felt just as meaningful, trucking. Inspired by my great-aunt, who drove for my great-grandfather’s construction company, I knew it was the path I wanted to pursue.

Not everyone believed it was the right choice, but I was determined to prove that I could succeed and make my father proud.

On April 1, 2005, I earned my Class 1A licence. My dad was able to watch me drive just once during my road test before he passed away. That memory has stayed with me throughout my career and continues to motivate me every time I climb behind the wheel.

Today, I still drive my 2004 Peterbilt, affectionately named Thunder Dumpling, and I like to think my dad is with me on every mile of the journey.

This industry has taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of believing in yourself. No matter where your ambitions take you, don’t let anyone convince you that your goals are out of reach. With hard work, perseverance, and a willingness to learn, you can accomplish more than you ever imagined.

Here’s to chasing your dreams, supporting one another, and keeping the wheels turning safely.

Keep it between the ditches and rubber side down.

Thank you Lynn for another heartwarming story, keep your eye out for more stories coming up!

Good afternoon, welcome back to another trucker profile.

Meet Travis, a professional driver with 24 years of experience in the industry. From an early age, trucking has been his dream career, and he continues to find fulfillment in the lifestyle it offers. Travis highlights the opportunity to travel, experience new places, and embrace new opportunities as some of his favorite aspects of the job.

His work often keeps him on the road for extended periods, typically ranging from two to three months at a time. Most recently, he returned from a trip to Utah. Travis hauls freight across both Canada and the United States, describing his journey as similar to the song I’ve Been Everywhere by Johnny Cash—a fitting comparison for someone who has covered so much ground.

Currently, Travis works with RSB Logistics, after having spent 18 years with Mid North. One of his most memorable experiences was a weekend spent in New Orleans, where he had the chance to explore the surrounding swamps. Reflecting on his time on the road, Travis notes that “you’ve really seen it all when you’ve seen a turtle crossing the highway.”

While rewarding, trucking also comes with its challenges. Travis points to navigating large urban centers and handling difficult winter driving conditions as some of the most demanding aspects of the job, with routes through New York and New Jersey standing out as particularly challenging.

Thank you, Travis, for sharing your story with us. Stay tuned for more insights and experiences from Travis in future stories.
