Pro Plus Automotive remains open at this time and in accordance with federal and provincial guidelines has adopted the following coronavirus policies.
If you have travelled outside of Canada, you must self-isolate at home for a period of 14 days after your return and rebook your appointment.
If you:
1. Have flu-like symptoms including fever, or cough or difficulty breathing which has resulted in a COVID-19 test with positive or pending results, or you are scheduled to be tested,
2. Have been in close contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days,
3. Have been exposed to a person suspected of or diagnosed with COVID-19,
Please return home and call the Health Line at 811 for instructions from Public Health on what to do and where to go for care.
During this time we have taken extra steps to minimize the spread of disease such as:
• Maintaining social distancing
• Disinfecting high-touch areas such as counter-tops, door handles and payment machines
• Disinfecting vehicle before and after service
• Minimizing personal contact by using phone, text and email for communication
• Pick up and delivery of vehicle for service when possible
What we ask from you:
1. Remove all loose objects from your vehicle (old water bottles, coffee cups, paperwork, napkins, garbage etc.) prior to leaving it with us.
2. Avoid direct contact if possible – we have key drop in the first overhead.
3. Minimize in-person wait time.
4. Consider online(Email transfer) or phone payments
