A service visit feels a lot better when there’s someone there who genuinely cares about making it easier for you.

Meet Matthew, our Service Manager at North Shore Kia.

Matthew is one of the people customers can count on when they come in for service. He helps make sure things feel clear, organized, and a little less stressful, which can make all the difference when your vehicle is in the shop.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys riding his motorcycle, watching hockey, and dreaming about a vacation anywhere hot.

His favourite Kia is the EV9, and honestly, we can’t blame him for that one.

Meet Alvin Koh Relleve, one of our Sales & Lease Geniuses who has been helping customers find their vehicles with the Dick Irwin Group since 2003.

For more than two decades, Alvin has been here for first cars, family upgrades, loyal customers coming back, and the small conversations that make a dealership feel a little more personal.

Somehow, a regular day at the dealership always finds a way to turn into a scene. One minute, everyone is working like normal, and the next minute, it feels like we should be cutting to a confessional.
