CSN Elite Xpress is currently seeking a full time Automotive Detailer. The detailer position is a great way to enter the collision repair or automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

Our company prides itself on delivering our customers a premium product and the automotive detailers role is an essential piece in the collision repair process.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

- Detailing client vehicles and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality our fleet of courtesy vehicles.
- Assisting with keeping the work areas clean and functional for all staff members.
- Performing minor maintenance around the facility (changing paint booth filters, painting, etc)
- Completing quality checklist reviews and helping to maintain quality control for the repair process.

The automotive detailer position at CSN Elite Xpress is a great way for someone entering the industry to get experience in every part of the repair process, from front office and client relations to backend shop management and repair planning.

Requirements:

A successful candidate will have:

- The drive to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- A valid class 5 drivers’ licence with clean drivers abstract over the past 3 years (you may be asked to present this).
- Legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions.

We tried an experiment at the shop this week. We gave the Kia hamsters some tools and evaluated their repair processes. Shocking to some, It turned out that hamsters were terrible at collision repair.
