Failing lifters✅
Broken spring✅

It does happen. So we opted to build a new short block with performance and lots of torque down low and set up for 7 psi of boost at a later date.

Something we don’t see often. But it does happen.

Customer had performance cam and lifters done elsewhere. But had complaints on oil smoke on start up.

After a diagnostic inspection we found that the valve stem seals had lifted off the stems. We’ll get this one fixed up and back down the road for him

It turned out better then expected for him and now he’ll be back soon for a cam package and maybe something else

Just finished up Nicks 5.7 ram. Round 1 of a few.

First round was redoing the cam and lifters. But then we found out that the bottom end was no good. So we sought after doing a full rebuild with a set of ported polished heads Frp hellfire 2.0 ARH long tubes. Moes ported 6.4 intake with a S&B cold air intake and a custom set of true duals. And alpha Rex headlights

More to come with this unit and the customer is ready to do so!

This ram came in for an exhaust manifold repairs.

Not 1 but 3 bolts were repaired previously and they were done incorrectly. 1 has gone through the coolant passage. And 2 have gone into the oil galleys.

This is a costly repair for the customer as now a new cylinder head is going to be needed.

Be mindful of who does your exhaust manifold repairs as it can cost more then it should down the road.
