🔧 Keeping AWD systems happy, one Haldex service at a time. 🔧
This 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan came into the shop for a full service, including a Haldex service. As always, we don't just drain and fill—we remove the pump and inspect it properly.
This one was packed full of the technical term: schmutz. 😆 All that debris can restrict flow and affect Haldex performance over time.
We cleaned the pump and screen, installed new seals, filled it with fresh fluid, and got everything back together so this AWD system can keep doing its job for many kilometers to come.
Preventative maintenance isn't exciting... until it saves you from an expensive repair.

Another week, another lineup of MK8 and MK7 Golf R’s getting suspension upgrades at Westside Automotive. At this point it feels like we’re doing every second Golf R suspension setup in town — H&R springs, coilovers, alignments, ride height dialing, you name it.

Another 🔵 MK8 Golf R in the shop this week!

This one came in for a set of H&R lowering springs and a full alignment to dial everything back in after the drop. The result? Cleaner stance, tighter handling, and that perfect balance between performance and daily drivability.

Oil consumption issues? We’ve got the fix. 🔧

This Audi 2.0T came in burning oil due to worn piston rings — a common problem on these engines. We pulled it down, rebuilt the bottom end, installed updated pistons and rings, and brought it back to spec.

Now it’s running clean, strong, and ready for many more kilometers. 💪

If your Audi is going through oil faster than fuel, it might be time for a proper repair — not just topping it off.
