ZL1 VE Bonnet Scoop and Fitting Kit

A lot of work went into getting this one right. We spent over 6 hours perfecting the pattern before making the mould, resulting in a scoop with exceptionally good fitment and clean lines.

This ZL1-style reverse cowl scoop is designed to suit the VE, but can also be blended into or fitted to other bonnets. The internal lip makes installation easier, while the included fitting kit comes ready with:
• 8 x M6 nutserts (inserted into the scoop)
• 8 x M6 bolts
• 8 x washers

Dimensions:
103cm long
74cm wide
5cm high

The vents have been left uncut, giving you the flexibility to finish the scoop the way you want.

Each scoop is made to order from quality fibreglass and finished in a raw black matt gelcoat, ready for prep and paint. Manufacturing time is approximately 2 weeks prior to shipping.

Sometimes it's the bonnet that makes the whole build.

This is the process of fitting a Walkinshaw Scoop to a Caprice Bonnet. As you'll see there are multiple stages that we need to address in order to be able to make a mould out of it. Turned out nicely don't you think?
