🚨 NEW CUSTOMER OF THE YEAR CONTENDER 🚨

We helped a new customer out on short notice today…

Apparently our good deed did NOT go unnoticed, because he returned with this absolute smoko haul. 🤤👏

Pies. Sausage rolls. Donuts.

Safe to say, he’s understood the assignment very bloody quickly. 😂

We always try our best to help people out when we can — even when the diary is doing its best to tell us otherwise — so little gestures like this genuinely mean a lot.

Although judging by how fast the boys appeared when this hit the counter, I’m starting to think we may need to introduce a new booking system:

🚗 Urgent booking — we’ll see what we can do

🍩 Urgent booking + smoko — Wade suddenly finds a gap 😂

🚨 NEW STAFF MEMBER ALERT! 🚨

Meet the newest (and fluffiest) member of the Kenny Auto Repairs team... Daisy! 🌼🐶

At just 8 weeks old, she's currently completing her apprenticeship in:
✅ Customer Relations
✅ Quality Control (of everyone's shoelaces) ✅ Workshop Supervision (mostly from someone's lap)
✅ Cuddle Distribution

She's been coming to work with us while we puppy-proof the backyard, and let's just say... productivity has taken a slight hit. 😂

If you've been in over the last few days, chances are you've already met her and probably had a cuddle. If not, don't worry... she's more than happy to accept pats, belly rubs and compliments about how cute she is.

Pop in, say hello to the team... and if Daisy's awake, don't forget to collect your complimentary puppy cuddle. 🐾❤️

🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Earlier this week we had 4 jobs reschedule or not show up in the one day.

Now, we could've stood around staring at each other...
But if you know Wade, you know that's about as likely as him leaving a beer unfinished. 🍺😂

Instead, he got the creative juices flowing and decided to keep himself busy...

Introducing Dory our paperweight & Muffles our guard dog...

Made entirely from bits and pieces destined for the scrap bin, proving once again that mechanics don't just fix things... sometimes they create them too.

So, if you've ever wondered what happens when there's a rare quiet moment in the workshop... Apparently this. 😂

On a serious note though, if you can't make your booking, a quick phone call goes a long way.
It helps us fill your spot and keeps the boys doing what they do best... fixing cars, not building a metal petting zoo. 😉

🎉🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SCOTT! 🎂🎉

A massive Happy Birthday to our 3rd year mature-age apprentice, workshop security guard, and resident gentle giant!

Not sure how he managed to snag himself an extra-long weekend... because apparently one birthday just isn't enough! 🤔😂

We're not saying Scott planned his birthday around having Friday and Monday off... but the evidence is pretty convincing. 😜

Thanks for everything you bring to the workshop. You're always up for a laugh, always willing to learn, and have become a valued part of the Kenny crew over the last three years.

Have an awesome birthday! Enjoy a few well-earned beers, tuck into some premium 5 day-old chicken or is it 7 🤔 🍗🍺, and try not to miss us too much while you're living your best long-weekend life.

🎉 2 Years 🎉

Two years ago, we took a huge leap of faith.
We took over The Exhaust Specialists, combined it with Kenny Auto Repairs, packed up, moved workshops, and hoped we'd made the right decision.

Looking back now, what a ride it's been.

There have been long days, stressful moments, plenty of laughs, more paperwork than I ever imagined, and a whole lot of learning. We've grown as a business, grown as a team, and grown as a family.

But if there's one thing I'm most proud of, it's that while we've grown, we haven't changed who we are.
We're still the same family business that believes people come first. We still love knowing our customers by name, asking about the kids, having a chat over the counter, and treating every vehicle like we'd want our own treated.

Big fleets, first-time customers, or the people who've trusted us for years... every single one of you matters to us.

To everyone who's supported us over the last two years—whether you've booked your car in, recommended us to a friend, liked a post, shared our name around town, or simply cheered us on—thank you. We genuinely appreciate you 🙏

Thank you to our team. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed & we love that you love a bitter of Kenny banter just as much as we do.

Here's to the next chapter. We'll keep growing, keep improving, and keep doing what we've always set out to do: provide honest service, quality workmanship, and make sure every customer leaves feeling looked after.
