One of our long-term employees, Tim Pearce, has been courageously battling cancer and after continuing to work for as long as possible to support his family, he is now at a point where he needs our help.

Tim joined Titan Technicians in 2018 at Liddell Open Cut and has represented Titan at WesTrac Tomago, for the past few years.

He has always been committed to his work and his team, despite the significant challenges his health has presented and is now at a point where he will not be able to work at all.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference and help Tim focus on what matters most — his health and his family.

We are hoping to transfer all funds raised to help him ASAP, so this raffle will only run until Friday 2/10/26, so get in quick!

5 years and what a journey it’s been 🚀

Watching Liam’s journey from starting out as a Trade Assistant, progressing through his Apprenticeship, and now becoming a skilled and valued Plant Mechanic is something worth celebrating.

🍻 10 YEARS OF MICK! 🍻

Some come and go. Mick just kept turning up... for 10 bloody years straight!

If you know Mick, you’ll know he’s as loyal as they come and will always get the job done. You also know he’s a touch blasé, slightly frustrating at times and solves problems in his own way but that’s all part of what makes Mick, Mick and we wouldn’t change a thing.

Whether he’s winding up the staff (mostly Thrifty), claiming “it’ll be right,”, or quietly getting stuck into any job, he’s been a massive part of the Titan team for the past decade. Mick is behind the desk one minute and back on the tools the next and has always been willing to jump in wherever he’s needed.

In an industry where people come and go, 10 years of loyalty is something worth celebrating. Thanks for your hard work, your commitment, and for keeping us all entertained along the way.

Congratulations Mick Fleming We wouldn’t have you any other way... even if you do test our patience every now and then! 🍺
