Our Suzuki GT550 restoration is ready for delivery - this involved a major parts hunt which turned out very well. Made between 1972 and 1977 this triple two stroke knocked out a respectable 50 bhp and, good for the day weighed 200 kg.
The Suzuki Ram Air system can probably be identified as patient zero in the plague of accronoms that have followed down the years but these bikes are good for north of 160 kmph and have a decent chassis and brakes.
Have a listen as Trev uses the early electric start - an innovation still bedding itself into market in the 70's.

We have an interesting Kawasaki KZ1300 in the shop for a bit of recommissioning work - the tank has a fair bit of rust which is being chemically neutralised prior to costing. This is a reasonably common problem with older bikes and we have a lot of experience fixing this sort of problem.
We will look to do a start up video once the rust is cured.

Last Saturday we replaced the rear shock absorber on a Suzuki Hayabusa. Suspension wear is one of those things that over time you don't notice until one day you realise the old girl is handling like a truck. The YSS unit has crisped things up nicely and the big bird is ready for serious action again.

Tally ho! This 1951 AJS 500 single is a family heirloom that has recently been handed down to the next generation. The new custodian is readying this classic Brit for new adventures.
