Our Gantry Printer now runs at a 9m maximum print length. That means even larger marine, infrastructure and construction components produced as a single continuous piece.

Another 5 tonnes of decommissioned subsea polymer just landed at our Henderson facility.

Material like this comes off offshore projects at end of service, and has long had nowhere to go but landfill. We’ve been steadily changing that.

Using our large-format 3D printing and robotic manufacturing, we turn it into pontoons, boats, and critical marine infrastructure, built to last and made right here in WA.

Each intake feeds the next build, keeps material onshore, and takes us closer to manufacturing at the scale this industry needs.

More to come as these parts take shape! 🚀

The future of Australian manufacturing is already sitting in Year 7 classrooms.

Last week the Hyperion team visited to speak with Year 7 InnovatED students about advanced manufacturing, engineering, and emerging technologies.

What stood out wasn’t just their enthusiasm, it was the quality of the questions.

From manufacturing processes and 3D printing to problem solving and innovation, the students were curious, engaged and thinking well beyond their years.

It’s encouraging to see the next generation already developing the skills and mindset that will help shape Australia’s future manufacturing capability.

We’re excited to continue the conversation and explore a collaborative project with the College next term.

Next Thursday, our CEO will be sleeping out as part of the 2026 — trading a bed for a night outdoors to raise awareness and funds for Australians experiencing homelessness. For one night, Josh joins business and community leaders across WA in stepping outside their comfort zone for people who don’t have the choice.

At Hyperion, we believe building a better future means more than what we build in the factory. Supporting our community in times of hardship is part of who we are.

Every dollar raised goes directly towards critical services provided by helping fund emergency accommodation, meals, and crisis support for people doing it tough. Every donation, no matter the size, helps create real change.

If you’re able to contribute, please donate and help make a difference.
