📢 We’re Hiring – Dealership Detailer & General Hand

Pierpoint Motors has a rare opportunity for a hardworking, reliable and practical person to join our family-owned and operated dealership in Stanthorpe.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

This is a varied role. Duties will include:
• Detailing and preparing new and used vehicles
• Moving and organising vehicles
• Keeping the dealership, yards and grounds presentable
• Mowing and general property upkeep
• Assembling lawn mowers and other equipment
• Supporting our sales, service, parts and machinery departments as required

We are looking for someone with a friendly, positive attitude, practical common sense and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Previous relevant experience would be an advantage but is not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.

A current Australian driver’s licence and full Australian work rights are required.

Office administration assistant - motor vehicle dealership

Hours - Part time
Start date - ASAP

We are a busy motor dealership looking for a part time office administration assistant. Your role will provide essential administrative and support, playing a crucial part in the smooth running of our busy automotive dealership.

What you'll be doing

*Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, filing, data entry, banking, accounts and responding to customer enquiries

*Greeting customers and helping with enquiries

*Assisting with the preparation and processing of sales documentation for vehicles and machinery

*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases

*Assisting office manager with day to day various duties as required

What we're looking for

*Experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry but not essential as all training will be provided

*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

*Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
