Supermega Car. Supermega is a WRC tribute car which started life as a 2005 WRX STI, built by my mates and I. There are no rules other than to have fun.

It's my build for me to hoon in. Also featuring my 2000 WRX and 1999 Mitsubishi Evo 6.

I identify as a Jan today.

After asking all our racer mates if they had any spare cars for us to borrow I remembered that Jan wasn’t driving today.
So we asked her and she gratefully said yes.

A day of ups and downs.
Started off slow due to the weather, but was then massively on song.
More PB’s at Toodyay and Racecourse stages.
Really impressive times at the new stages.
Then unfortunately massive fail with the engine taking us out at Maryville Downs.
Unsure of details at the moment as to what has failed.
The good news of the day is that we’ve reached out to the right people and can continue our event in a borrowed car tomorrow.

What a day!
Came in strong with a great time out of the box at Parkerville then a PB.
Another PB at Kalamunda putting in a blistering pace.
Zigzag was ok, but had a brake issue after the stage, putting us in a tight situation which got us to Bullsbrook literally with seconds to spare for the new stage.
Love this s**t.

Awesome start to Tarmac Events WA Lance East Exotics Tarmac West.
Putting in some more personal best times we’re sitting 10th in the 200 class or 14th outright out of 64 starters.
Some stiff competition in front of us with two Porsches, a GT3RS and a 992RGT, plus a Lotus Exige S350, Nissan R35 GTR and more exotica.
Can’t wait for tomorrow 😊
