Hi Everyone,

Ozrok is having to halt sales for a while, unfortunately the covid economic headwinds are making trading extremely difficult for our organisation. We want to thank all everyone who has worked with us on this journey and we hope that the current conditions clear up and we can start bringing more products to market again soon.

Hi folks,

The website is going to be on and offline for a little while. We're having to change out some of our plugins for the shipping calculator after a bit of a issue with our current courier and their attitude towards our customers packages. Work is underway but things have turned out to be a little more complicated than first thought, and some external help has been required.

We also just want to let folks know that we're going to be phasing out our Facebook messenger account. We will still post on facebook itself when we have updates to share, but unfortunately Facebook Messenger, the instant messaging service, has proven itself to be a bit too much of a handful for folks like us that are trying to run a part time business alongside our day jobs. We're still available at our [email protected] email address, but just by having all queries coming in from one the one source means we can manage and track enquiries more accurately.

Thanks again for the enquiries and support, we hope to have the website operational again soon.

Thought I'd share this as a bit of a background on what's happening to shipments for smaller exporters coming out of Korea currently. We're on track to land the underseat drawers in 5 weeks, but the world is going through some crazy stuff with international shipping lately so please keep your fingers crossed folks!

Unable to get a slot on a container vessel, Lee Sang-hoon is considering using fishing trawlers docked for repair in the South Korean port of Busan to meet surging export orders for the car engine oil he sells to Russia.

Hi folks, bit of an OzRoK update.

We've been a bit quiet recently as a lot of work has been going on behind the scenes in securing new inventory. Oh, and accounting paperwork... soooo much paperwork 🥲. In multiple languages 🥲🥲. And covering multiple international tax codes & treaties. 🥲🥲🥲. Has been a steep learning curve for a bloke who's passion is cars, but the amazing people we've met and being able to be part of their vision for their cars really makes it worthwhile😁.

But yeah, the accounting has been ferocious as our first year ran at a significant loss due to the need to test products for the Australian market. But, fingers crossed this is the year we can move from testing and setup into supplying more of the hottest Ssangyong accessories on earth to our amazing customers!

Shipping dramas have really impacted some of our plans, with seacontainers being very difficult and expensive to obtain, but the good news is that more drawers are being manufactured as we speak! And our new shipping agent is confident they can get them to us through the covid lockdowns. And thankyou so much to Mr Lee from Jintec who has been manufacturing these for us in the peak of Korean summer while his staff were out on their vacation. Gamsahabnida and the musso owners of Australia salute you sir! 감사합니다! 이동준 대표님 멋있어요!

Due to demand we have prioritised the drawers for our next shipment while cargo space is so limited. I can't give hard timeframes on when they will be up for sale, Covid delays are what they are, but as they get closer we will be sure to let folks know.

We've also been hard at work testing other products, few sneak peeks below, and we hope to have some more exciting announcements soon.

Also, keep an eye out for our new Ozrok enhanced stickers that will be getting sent out! And for our prior customers, we love you dearly and haven't forgotten you! We'll be sending one out to everyone who's placed an order with us already.

Test fittings continue, I can't decide on the bonnet bulge, the metal grills on the front are putting me off so it hasn't been permanently attached yet... The Jintec stainless steel tub liner has been fitted and come up a treat, another absolutely stunning product.

This gets us about halfway there, next up are the underbody panels.

Work continues with the website, having some issues currently with the shipping calculator and the boss has been on the phone telling me to prepare to travel to Canberra tomorrow (whilst Perth is still in a covid lockdown, so fingers crossed I can get back again...) But step after step we're getting closer to go live and offering up products for sale.

Long day today. Test fittings continue, had a couple of wins and a few parts that aren't really making the grade yet. Jintec continues to be a star pupil, with the steps being spot on from the moment I opened the box. Price is going to be a tough sell though, these are high end products with a price to match. M&S grill has also gone on. There's some alignment issues with the front sensors on the Australian delivered vehicles, so some work to do there. We've also have been working our way through a few hood scoops, no photos yet as the firies have been burning off non stop and the town (and my lungs) are now filled with ash. Time to pack away tools for the night and put some time into the Web store.

Hi everyone, things have started picking up a bit recently, and our sincere thanks for all the interest. We're really excited to be able to start offering our products to you all soon. My phone has been blowing up with PM's and the boss at my day job isn't super impressed so I just thought I'd add a message here explaining what's going on.

OzRoK is an effort by my wife and I to launch a business supplying kdm parts to the Australian market. We have a number of family members over there and visit regularly, and its frustrated me to see so much over there and so little here that I can fit to my rig.

So, when I couldnt find anyone importing, I tried doing some smaller personal imports myself. I think anyone who's been down that path will testify that while it works its also a great way to triple the cost of whatever your buying. 😄😄😥

So our next iteration is to try bringing things over in bulk and opening up a small side business offering items for sale to everyone else.

For this first shipment I've ordered in smaller numbers of a lot of different products to start testing fitment and also wanting to confirm quality of products before we offer them for sale to everyone else.

OzRoK actually stands for Oztralia & Repulic of Korea, and I'm determined to ensure our supply chain's integrity. I spend a lot of time over in Korea and they have some amazing products, but you need to be diligent as a retailer to make sure no middle men can switch in cheaper alternatives sourced from elsewhere.

We've put a lot of work to ensuring our products have been certified as Korean made. We've set up a seperate business in korea that is sourcing parts for us, and we're negotiating with the manufacturers directly.

It's been a long wait for parts to become available in the Australian market, and unfortunately we will need a little more time to make sure the buying experience is going to be everything you expect it to be. We hope to start getting products into your hands soon, and in the meantime please stay tuned here for all the latest developments!

Many thanks, Dave and Lahee
..and of course, our company inspector, Griff the corgi.
