We are expanding and looking for receptionist/administration - Full Time
CCM 4x4 is a well-established, 4WD workshop in Mount Gambier, specialising in accessories, repairs, maintenance and upgrades. We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable receptionist/administration team member to join us on a full time basis. We work closely with many local and interstate businesses.
About the role
This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in the daily operations of the workshop.
This role is Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
Duties will include but not limited to:
Customer service/front desk reception
Answering phone calls/managing bookings
General administrative duties
Ordering stock/managing stock
Assisting with social media and online enquiries
Website construction and continual updating
About you
To be successful in this role, previous reception, administration or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to self manage plus handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
A positive, professional attitude
An interested in 4WDs or the automotive industry
A willingness to learn and work as part of a small team
