WTAC Pulse Racing / Pro Speed Racing Wrap-Up

I don’t think I could have summed it up any better than Shaun did — ProSpeed’s very own Stig!

The only thing I’d add is just how honoured we are to work alongside not only a bunch of seriously hardcore racers, but an absolute class act of a team.

Pro Speed Racing are an incredible group of people, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a finer bunch of gentlemen (and ladies) anywhere in the WTAC pit lane.

It’s a privilege to be part of the team and share the passion, the long hours, the highs, the lows and, of course, the racing.

Thanks for an unforgettable WTAC. 🤘🏁

Well this year we got the whole World Time Attack experience and we learned Motorsport can be cruel. Thursday practice the car was a rocket and everything was pointing towards us challenging for the top spot this year in Tuner class. Then, come Friday morning we hurt a motor (plus caught fire in the process). So back to the workshop till 12am and Paul finishing on the dyno at 1.30am, we were good to go again. Saturday morning in the first session the clutch was slipping but we got it sorted for the final session and was on pretty solid lap time in our final session to try repay all the hard work everyone from Pulse Racing and Pro Speed Racing had put into this project. The next part just somes up our weekend. We were set to hit our best lap time of the weekend when coming out of 8 onto the back straight the session got red flagged and our lap wouldn’t count. Our hearts got ripped out again.

Don’t worry, we will be back to show how quick this little brz really is. Thank you Mitchell Brooks for trusting me with his little rocket (pretty cool to do this event with your brother from another mother), and thank you to everyone that has been part of this little brz’s journey, we will be back stronger than ever ☺️
