K24 Forged Supercharged FN2 Type R

In for a full dyno tune via Hondata, and this thing delivered some seriously impressive results.

We’ve reached the limits of both 98 RON fuel and the DW340 fuel pump, so E85 and upgraded engine management will be the next big step for this build.

For a lightweight FWD platform like the FN2, 270kW is a serious number for the street & track.

Amazing results from Stage 1 tuning on this BMW 220i. It’s fascinating how restricted these cars come out of the showroom floor and once we open them up they perform extremely well.

Awesome Barra-swapped GQ Patrol in for a stalling issue. After diagnosing the fault, we found the fuel pump wiring was melting and repeatedly blowing fuses. Once the wiring was repaired, we moved on to tuning and achieved some great results. This unit absolutely moves for a Patrol, although a brake upgrade might be next on the list.

Lovely GLA45 AMG in for Stage 2 tuning with pops and crackles. Great results with improved power and torque.

Very tidy 180sx in for tuning via Link G4x, great results for a stock motor with basic mods such as poncams, PSR turbo and head studs. Most importantly all fuel pressure, oil pressure and IAT safety parameters have been placed.
