This Cox Craft had sustained significant damage to the keel near the bow, resulting in water ingress. The vessel was lifted onto work stands so repairs could be carried out. The damaged area was prepared and rebuilt using multiple layers of fibreglass cloth and epoxy resin to restore the hull skin.....

The deck cleat on this corner takes most of the load if a Southerly front comes through and unfortunately it was enough to sheer the bolts and leave some ugly gelcoat damage. The owner of this Wave Runner ski suffered some nasty hull damage from grounding. He also asked for a touch-up on the deck and some custom EVA panels fitted for when he loads his surfboards in the footwells. For the hull work, the ski was lifted onto work stands and the hull bottom repaired.
