Rolls-Royce rear quarter repair 🔨

If you know Rolls-Royce, you'll know they're built from aluminium, which can be very tricky to repair. Unlike steel, aluminium doesn't like to return to its original shape, so repairs require patience, precision and plenty of skill.

This rear quarter needed careful metal work to bring it back to where it should be while maintaining the factory lines and finish.

Another sill replacement completed on this XB ✔️
This one came in with the evidence of some less-than-ideal repairs carried out many years ago. The old work was removed, corrosion addressed properly, and new steel fabricated and fitted to get everything back to where it should be.

Alot of time goes into repairs like these that never get seen once the car is finished, but that's the difference between covering up a problem and fixing it properly

One more step closer to bringing this classic XB back to its best 🔨🚗
