Another sill replacement completed on this XB ✔️
This one came in with the evidence of some less-than-ideal repairs carried out many years ago. The old work was removed, corrosion addressed properly, and new steel fabricated and fitted to get everything back to where it should be.

Alot of time goes into repairs like these that never get seen once the car is finished, but that's the difference between covering up a problem and fixing it properly

One more step closer to bringing this classic XB back to its best 🔨🚗

Something a little different this week. 2K Clear on these wooden bench tops. Not what we usually paint, but it's still painting

Fresh 3 inch system knocked up in house for this VK.
Full mandrel-bent exhaust fabricated from scratch to keep the flow right abd give it a tough note. Nothing beats the sound of an old school Holden breathing properly 🔥🔧

Quick one in the workshop.
Customer wanted the exhaust sitting cleaner and fitting properly. Old exhaust cut-outs were re-rolled larger to suit the bigger rear tail pipes - much nicer fit and a cleaner finish all around 👌🔥

Last few rust repairs knocked over. Fab work done. Gaps and body lines still to be refined before we get stuck into the bodywork. Plenty of hours in this one already, but it's starting to come together the right way
