Housekeeping Manager (Casual)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Karratha on a casual basis. This hands-on leadership role is key to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily room checks to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests
- Oversee and coordinate the laundry to ensure linen is always available, fresh, and ready
- Communicate effectively with reception staff regarding room -status and issues
- Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed
- Ensure rooms are marked clean and available in the reservations system
- Manage stock ordering for housekeeping supplies

About the Role:
- Casual position (casual flat rate applies)
- Immediate start available
- Option to live on site in a private room, with discounted board (includes meals and accommodation)

Requirements:
- Proven housekeeping and/or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to uphold and enforce high standards of cleanliness
- Confident using computers and housekeeping/reservations systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
