💪 The Role
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of light-duty vehicles and trucks.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
- Repair and replace components across engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Use diagnostic tools and OBD-II scanners to read codes and pinpoint issues.
- Road test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality.
- Document work performed, write service notes, and communicate findings clearly to customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
👀 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
- 4 year Australian Apprenticeship (Certificate III in Automotive)
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes, code readers, and basic hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced shop and be a dependable team player.
