97–08 Harley-Davidson Touring Crash Bars — NOW AVAILABLE 🔥

I have 3 crash bars available now, and I’m offering them to my followers first at an introductory price of $750 each.

The price will increase after the first batch.

THE DETAILS:

• 1.5” roll-cage-grade steel pipe.
• Laser-cut 6mm steel plates.
• Machined tube ends, press-fitted, welded and machined flush, internally threaded.
• 820mm total length.
• Gloss black powdercoat.
• Black Delrin sliders.
• Aluminium slider ends available as an optional upgrade.
• Stainless steel logo badge.
• Fully designed and manufactured locally using Australian-sourced materials.

Designed for 1997–2008 Harley-Davidson Touring models.

May be better suited to shorter brake levers on certain models.

96 Sportster build!
Figured I should post about what I’ve been upto on this thing. So I grabbed this 96 1200 sportster unfinished project a few months ago. It was basically a stock bike but the previous owner had a TC bro’s hard tail kit and oil tank installed and that was about it. Second last pic is how she was when I got it. Since then I’ve done a fair bit of little fiddly stuff that kinda goes un noticed but worth mentioning.
I’ve shaved the fork legs
Mocked up a plus 4” front end
Rear wheel swap to a 16” wagon wheel which included bearing swap, new crush tube, sprocket spacer machining, wheel spacers, brake caliper mods, chain drive conversion.
Modified and re mounted battery tray
Cam cover chop.
Machined fender and sissy bar mounts.

That’s basically where I’m at with it now, I’ve recently received a ribbed peanut tank and 21” spool wheel from Fever Dream Parts Supply and ribbed rear fender/mount from James sinclair

So yeah that’s it for now, doesn’t look like much but I’ve been absolutely loving it so far. Feels so good to be actually building something again. I’ve got some cool ideas for the bike and I feel like this has been a long time coming for me! I’ve got some good local people lined up to help with parts of the build as well which I’m stoked about 👊🏼

NEW PRODUCT! Finally have my new front crash bar design locked in for 97-08 touring model Harley Davidsons. A LOT of time has gone into bringing these from a sketch on paper, 3d printed template mock ups to finally having them fabricated in steel 💪🏼.

Fully Australian made, here on the Sunshine coast AUSTRALIA!

First batch is out for powdercoat currently but once I have them back i’ll post more photos of them on the bike and they will be available to purchase. Shoot me a DM. Cheers

Recently had lay some custom paint on my Bell helmet! As you can see in the last photo, the matte finish the helmet came with really did the helmet no justice so I gave Benny the task of spicing it up, without going too loud and he nailed it.

Hit him up if you have some custom paint work in mind, he might be interested 😉.
